Work involves assistance in serving food, setting up individual food servings, transporting tableware from dining area to kitchen, operating dishwasher and preparing tableware to be washed. Work is performed under the direction of the Dietary Manager/Cook.
This is professional work involving the overall deliverance of resident care according to the resident care plan and the delegation of care to non-licensed personnel. Work is performed under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Certified Nurses Aide (CNA)
Work involves performing the functions and duties of a Certified Nurses Aide in providing assistance and delivery of care to residents. Work is performed under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
This is responsible technical work preparing, seasoning, and cooking meat, fish, fowl, vegetables, soups, and desserts. Work includes handling and preparation of food in accordance with sanitary regulations. Work involves the preparation of food that is palatable and appetizing in appearance. Work is performed under the direction of the Dietary Manager who reviews work for timeliness, palatability, and overall results.
